Be carful, don't waste your time with this surgery, dream on to have an appointment. Very rude receptionist. My wife called on weekday to see doctor as my two kids had rush on their faces. Guess what receptionist said why didn't you take them to walk in centre instead of saying did you take them to walk in centre. After all ofcourse no appointment and was told to take them to walk in centre. The surgery advertise that they take new patients, it makes me laugh how can you take more new patients when you can't serve the ones you have. Rubbish absolutely rubbish.

Thank you for your feedback - I am sorry that you were unable to obtain a same day appointment for your children on the day you required it. We do advise patients to attend the urgent care centre when we are full and a patient has indicated that their need is urgent in order that help and/or advice can be accessed as quickly as possible. If you feel that a member of our team has been rude, then please report this to us as soon as possible so that this can be investigated quickly. Our list is currently capped for the very reason that we wish to provide the best service possible to our existing patients. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery.

Been trying to book an appointment for my husband in last two weeks by calling every morning and every afternoon... After 25min line busy, I was told there is no appointments left if it's urgent you need to go to walk in and every day same. So who is getting those appointments and how possible to book them if you also have to go to work? Receptionist lady so rude and not helpful, she is there just to send patients to walk in... Absolutely unacceptable service, ending up having self treatment and buying medicine online... Thanks for your help!

I called this morning and was told to call back this afternoon as there were no appointments left ... So I called back and guess what no appointments but the offer of a clinician to call back but my husband can't hear anything so a call back will not work .... How is this a fairer system .... It's exactly the same .... You still can't get an appointment ... Then I'm told to take him to the walk in centre .... Thanks for absolutely nothing !!!! And I don't know if the surgery was clean ... we didn't get an appointment....

I just had a positive pregnancy test and call GP to get an appointment to be seen by a doctor but surprise... "You need to call tomorrow morning at 8:00am to make a phone call appointment first and you might be seen by the doctor same day. Said and done. Called the next morning and barely got in touch with them after 14 min and 17 busy calls. The lady that answered was very nice and she told me that I will only get a phone call appointment and IF the doctor will have enough time she MIGHT see me later in the day. She booked the phone call appointment between 10:10 and 12:10. Guess what? Is almost 17:00 and I still didn't get that call! I feel disappointed! How can I trust a doctor who doesn't have time to call me when the appointment is booked to take care of me and my baby?...

Thank you for your feedback. We are not always able to offer face to face appointments to everyone that would like one every day, so offer telephone call back to try and help as many patients as possible on any given day. We always attempt to contact everyone on the call back list at least once and usually more than once. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive a call as expected and ask that you please call us so that we can investigate this further and give you the information and assistance that you have requested.

A really friendly and helpful surgery. At present I am visiting the surgery's nurse on a 2 weekly basis and have been since May 2016. On EVERY occasion there is always a laugh with and a smiling face at reception. And the nurse I see Sarah is absolutely wonderful, she is very caring, listens, doesn't rush me and is full of encouragement and helpful information. I have in the past seen D.r Ruglys - an extremely proactive doctor who helped me finally get the medical treatment I needed within 6 weeks of seeing her after having waited 18 months unnecessarily because of another doctor elsewhere. And Dr. Saad a very professional but friendly doctor who makes it easy to talk through medical issues. The working hours are very good and cater for retired and working folk having late night sessions as well the usual hours. All in all this is the best surgery practice I have ever attended and I would recommend it to anyone!!!
